With more than 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, Laurie plays a central role in overseeing and managing project execution from initiation to completion.
Laurie’s proven capability in the full project lifecycle is demonstrated by our successful delivery portfolio. His in-depth knowledge of project delivery encompasses pre-feasibility studies, detailed feasibility studies, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) contracts, and commissioning.
Laurie ensures seamless coordination, effective resource allocation and timely project completion, guiding our teams to navigate challenges effectively and delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Andy brings a wealth of expertise in business strategy and a proven track record in delivering major projects across Australia. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he possesses a comprehensive knowledge of our business and the markets in which we operate.
Over the past 10 years, Andy has held senior management roles within EPC and EPCM companies overseeing the safe and successful delivery of complex projects and brownfield developments for tier 1 companies throughout Australia and overseas.
Andy’s leadership skills are instrumental in driving project success while maintaining a strong focus on achieving our business objectives. Highly skilled in maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, Andy’s commitment to fostering long-term partnerships has been pivotal to our business growth.
Mike LeCerf is an accomplished Principal Electrical Engineer with a track record of project delivery throughout Africa, Asia and Australia. With a specialisation in greenfields and brownfields gold plants, he has extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation design, automation and control systems for materials handling and process plants as well as grinding mills, crushers and mobile machine control.
Mike forms part of our Technical Advisory Group and provides verification and final approval to all electrical design, high voltage reticulation, power station and plant control system design and commissioning processes.
Mike’s professionalism, leadership skills, collaborative approach and consistent delivery of high-quality work make him an invaluable asset to our organisation. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Communications.
Geoff is the founder and Managing Director of ECG Engineering. A Principal Engineer, he offers a wealth of expertise, with over 35 years’ global experience in heavy industrial, mining, electrical power systems engineering and instrumentation. Under his strong leadership, Geoff inspires and empowers our team, sharing a wealth of technical knowledge and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
Geoff has wide-ranging project experience from feasibility to design, specification, construction, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical plants, mining installations, power systems, and instrumentation.
Holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Power, he is also a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia (FIEAust), a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), and registered with the National Professional Engineers Register (NPER-3) and Registered Professional Engineers Queensland (RPEQ).
